Ozan Soylu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Minimum Fee Schedule for Attorneys determined by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB) for 2024-2025<\/strong> came into effect when it was published in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.resmigazete.gov.tr\/eskiler\/2024\/10\/20241003-4-1.htm\">Official Gazette<\/a> on <strong>October 3, 2024<\/strong>. This new schedule aims to adjust the value of legal services to current economic conditions. The changes in the schedule closely affect both attorneys and citizens receiving legal services.<\/p>\n<p>The most notable feature of the new schedule is that it provides an average <strong>55.06% increase<\/strong> in fixed fees. This increase was determined by considering the economic developments and inflation rates experienced in the past year.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum fee schedule determined for the legal profession for 2025 is as follows:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-200 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">PART ONE<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-200 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">CHAPTER ONE: Fees Payable for Legal Assistance Outside of Litigation and Enforcement Proceedings<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Office consultation is charged at <strong>3,500 TL<\/strong> for the first hour, with each subsequent hour billed at <strong>1,500 TL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">On-site consultation upon request costs <strong>6,000 TL<\/strong> for the first hour, with each additional hour priced at <strong>3,000 TL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Written consultation services are billed at <strong>6,000 TL<\/strong> for the first hour, followed by <strong>3,000 TL<\/strong> for each subsequent hour.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The fee for drafting all types of petitions, notifications, warnings, and protests is set at <strong>4,500 TL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">For preparation of contracts and similar documents:\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Lease agreements and similar documents are charged at <strong>6,000 TL<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Preparation of bylaws, regulations, inheritance contracts, wills, foundation deeds and similar documents costs <strong>24,000 TL<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Company articles of association, company mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial contracts are priced at <strong>16,000 TL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-200 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">CHAPTER TWO: Fees Payable for Legal Assistance in Business Follow-up<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">For following up matters such as documentation of a situation, collection of payment-stage money, or obtaining copies of documents, the fee is <strong>5,000 TL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">For matters related to the creation, determination, registration, transfer, modification, termination or protection of a right, the fee is <strong>9,000 TL<\/strong>. For legal assistance provided to banks, financial institutions and similar entities with ongoing contracts for transactions including mortgage establishment and release, each service costs <strong>2,250 TL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Following up matters such as signing company establishment contracts for corporate merchants, obtaining and transferring
